Exchange and Returns policy

Return and exchange service is limited and restricted because we are providing personal shopping service from world most iconic boutique, so please make sure about your items before order.

Please note that if the order arrives to you and the item is different from your order, you need to return it immediately with the delivery representative, including all its attachments without any deductions. The amount will be refunded within 2-3 business days after the item is inspected by the customer service team, and delivery fees will be deducted based on the region/country.

Please be aware that in case of any discrepancy, damage on the item, or loss of any of the items attachments, the item will not be returned to us, and it will be returned to the customer with delivery costs paid by the customer.
