We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 2 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, the item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.
When we receive the item, our returns department confirms that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.

1- FINDING THE PRODUCT

2-USING THE SHOPPING CART
To place a product in your shopping cart from the product page select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Select the “Continue Shopping” button to continue browsing, or the “Checkout” button to complete your order.
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. To check out, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order. You may check out without signing in, creating an account, or using an existing account.
4-SHIPPING AND BILLING
Once you've logged in, you'll need to provide your shipping and/or billing information (note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Cash on delivery.
5-COMPLETING YOU'RE ORDER
Be sure to review all of the information that you have provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the “Place Order Now” button. Once you complete your order, you will see a confirmation page with your confirmation number. Additionally, we will send you emails with your Order Confirmation information and when your order is shipped. Also please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing.
